I'm currently in formal culinary training, building on a lifelong love of cooking. My focus is on developing technique, building strong fundamentals, and refining presentation through a mix of structured coursework and independent practice.

I'm looking for real-world kitchen experience where I can contribute at an entry level and keep growing through hands-on work.

Training: Santa Rosa Junior College Culinary Arts Program (in progress)
Focus: knife work, mise en place, pantry, foundational cooking methods
Approach: clean, organized workflow with attention to detail and consistency
Experience: independent cooking, group meal prep, strong timing and organization
Background: 10+ years in operations and structured business environments across other sectors
